Renée takes on from current CEO Rachael McDonald who will be handing over the reigns for this next stage of the company’s life having led a huge transformation programme over the last 3 and a half years.

Renée has been with TIML for the last 18 months working to strengthen client services and support the organisation’s strategic growth as General Manager of Client Services.

Renée brings extensive executive experience across investment administration, professional services and financial technology organisations, having previously served in CEO and COO roles both in New Zealand and internationally. In New Zealand, Renee held senior executive positions at Meredith Connell, one of New Zealand’s largest litigation law and Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services firm, after spending 16 years in London at Dealogic, a financial markets data and analytics firm.

Commenting on the appointment, Renée said: “The last three years has been transformative for Trust Management under Rachael McDonalds leadership with the business establishing a strong platform for future growth. I’m excited to build on that momentum alongside our exceptional leadership team, as we continue to stand with our clients to enable them to deliver community good”

Renée assumes the role of Chief Executive from 1 April 2026.
