Property Asset and Transactions Manager
Kim brings over 30 years of commercial property experience to Trust Management, managing key client portfolios and leading the acquisition of new property assets. His expertise spans leasehold property, development, and transactions, and he is currently overseeing the development of a new office building in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Kim’s collaborative approach and strategic insight help clients realize their property ambitions.

Felicity brings over 20 years of commercial property experience to Trust Management, where she oversees a portfolio valued at approximately $300 million. Graham Bottom
National Facilities Manager
Graham is a certified senior facilities manager with over 29 years’ experience, complemented by a broad background in architecture, project management, and construction. He excels in both strategic and operational leadership, with a strong focus on communication, customer service, and continuous improvement. Graham’s genuine care for client assets and his technical expertise ensure that every property is managed with attention and integrity.

Bridget brings over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, with a strong background in portfolio and asset management, lease negotiations, and strategic property advisory. She has held senior roles across leading organisations including CBRE, and previously worked with Trust Management, giving her a deep understanding of both client and portfolio needs. Bridget is known for her strategic approach, strong stakeholder relationships, and ability to deliver practical, end-to-end property solutions.

Commercial Property Manager
Abigail oversees external portfolios valued at over $100 million, combining legal precision with commercial acumen to deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes. Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, Abigail is a member of NZLS Property Section and Property Council New Zealand.
