The outcome of PwC’s most recent audit means our clients can have complete confidence in the way we look after their organisations and manage their financial affairs.

The NZ ISAE 3402 Type 2 report is the service industry equivalent to the ISO-9000 quality assurance standard which is used worldwide to benchmark production companies.

The independent review just completed encompassed all the services we provide (financial, property, investment and governance) and covered a series of business control objectives that we know are important to our clients, some examples of which are:
Client portfolios are managed in accordance with agreed investment mandates, client policies and delegated authorities.
Clients are dealt with distinctly, equitably and any conflicts of interest are appropriately managed.
Separation of roles and functions performed by our staff are maintained, through “one up” and/or peer reviews to mitigate the risk of fraud or error.
Client financial records, including calculation of unit pricing, are complete and accurate
